Eager to see the newest adventure in Azeroth? Well, you won’t have to wait too long. The previously scheduled World of Warcraft Shadowlands livestream will be in two weeks, on Wednesday, July 8.

In a post from Blizzard Entertainment, the next big update for the new World of Warcraft expansion will feature Executive Producer John Hight and Game Direct Ion Hazzikostas giving us a glimpse of the newest content in development. As mentioned, the livestream will be on Wednesday, July 8 at 9:00 am PDT. You will be able to watch it on the World of Warcraft Twitch and YouTube pages.

Originally, this World of Warcraft Shadowlands livestream was scheduled for earlier this month. However, due to current events, the livestream was postponed.

World of Warcraft Shadowlands was revealed at Blizzcon 2019, back in November. The new expansion will include four new zones and covenants for you to join. It will also bring the level cap back down to 60.

Back in April, Blizzard revealed there will be a new starting zone called Exile’s Reach. The area is designed to onboard new players to understand the basics of World of Warcraft. In the same month, it was confirmed that controller support would be coming to the MMORPG.

Personally, I am pretty excited to see more of World of Warcraft Shadowlands. However, I am cautiously optimistic. The last expansion, Battle for Azeroth, wasn’t the best implementation, and my need to play this MMO has dipped since I started pre-Wrath of the Lich King. Despite that, I am always interested to see what Blizzard has in store for World of Warcraft.

A release date for World of Warcraft Shadowlands has yet to be announced. However, it is still slated for a 2020 release. It is possible a date will be shown during the livestream in July. I guess we will have to wait and see.
