Wizardry: Labyrinth of Lost Souls‘ PC port from XSEED has been a long time coming. The PS3 and PS Vita dungeon-crawling RPG by Acquire was supposed to hit Steam last May but was delayed two different times by XSEED because of an “unforeseen IP licensing issue.” The port’s release was ultimately pushed out of 2019, leaving many to wonder when it would arrive this year. Fortunately, the wait in 2020 won’t be too long.

XSEED announced today that Wizardry: Labyrinth of Lost Souls will finally be coming out on January 15. It will only cost $14.99 but it will be discounted by 10 percent during its first week on the market. For those that have already played Wizardry: Labyrinth of Lost Souls on other platforms, this port does come with some additions of its own. Not only is all of the game’s DLC included, but its visuals have been spruced up and a turbo mode that can speed things up has also been added. Fans have been looking forward to this port for quite a while now, so it’s nice that XSEED was finally able to overcome any licensing issues in the way.

A brand new trailer for the PC port was released today as well so you can watch that below. On January 15, you will finally be able to play Wizardry: Labyrinth of Lost Souls via Steam.
