For veteran Destiny 2 players, Xur is not a new name. Xur is the Agent of Nine and he arrives in Destiny 2 every Friday, and stays until Tuesday. Xur is basically a vendor where players can buy exotic gear and weapons from him. Items can be bought using Legendary Shards.
However, there is a twist when Xur arrives in the game. His location changes every week, so players need to find him in the game before they can actually buy the items. Xur can either spawn in The Tower, European Dead Zone, Titan, Nessus, or IO.
