Sony has today announced the two new PS4 games that will be available throughout the month of May and it’s not too bad of a lineup.
First off, the chaotic multiplayer cooking game Overcooked will be the first title available in the month. First released in 2016, Overcooked was well-received by almost everyone and later got a sequel that launched last year. If you’ve never played this game before, make sure to get some friends together and try it out. I promise that you’ll have a ton of fun and might scream at one another along the way.
The second game landing on PS Plus this month is that of What Remains of Edith Finch. Giant Sparrow’s follow-up to The Unfinished Swan, Edith Finch places you in the shoes of multiple members of the Finch family, a family that has long thought to have been cursed due to the way in which many members of the family die. While the full experience of What Remains of Edith Finch only lasts a few hours, it is such a phenomenal game. Personally, it’s one of my favorite titles that has released over the past few years and I cannot recommend enough that you give it a shot if you’ve never played it before.
Below you can check out a brief video showing off both Overcooked and What Remains of Edith Finch in action. If you’re looking to download both games, they’ll be live next week on May 7 for free, assuming you’re a PS Plus member.
