Warzone Not Launching On PC
On April 29, Raven Software officially acknowledged the issue with PC Battlenet Players not being able to launch their game of Warzone.
The issue appears to only be affecting certain PC players, while others are reporting the game launches as normal.
If you’re one of the unlucky ones that can’t get their game of Warzone to launch, Raven Software have suggested the problem may be related to the users anti-virus software.
Your anti-virus software may be preventing Warzone from launching successfully as it may be detecting it as some form of malware. To rectify this issue you will need to give permission for Warzone to launch through your anti-virus software.
The steps in doing this will be different for each user as everybody will use different anti-virus software. We recommend googling how to allow a program through your anti-virus software and following the steps.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This is not an official fix for the issue, Raven Software have only stated that the issue COULD be linked to the users anti-virus software. Doing so may not fix the issue.
If you want to keep up to date with the ongoing issue of Warzone not launching on PC, make sure to check the Raven Software Trello Board to keep track of that issue and many more.
