Though it released only a few short months ago, House House’s Untitled Goose Game has quickly become a phenomenon in the indie world. The charmingly-simple game where you play as a havoc-wreaking goose has already inspired numerous memes and works of fan art, and if you have yet to play the game on either Switch or PC, it appears that the game may be waddling to other platforms very soon.
Over on Exophase, a PS4 Trophies list has appeared for Untitled Goose Game, indicating that the infamous goose game is, in fact, coming to PS4 in the very near future. Taking a quick look at the full list, you can find a number of Trophies that players can earn from completing the To-Do Lists in each area of the game, while also earning achievements for trying some particularly devious deeds as the titular untitled goose.
While no official announcement has come yet from developer House House, it wouldn’t be too much of a surprise to expect Untitled Goose Game to head to other platforms given its tremendous success on Switch and PC in the past few months. The studio recently said that it was planning to bring the game potentially over to PS4 and Xbox One down the line, with the Trophies list seeming to line up with that. The studio is also exploring the potential of a mobile version, though one of House House’s developers said that they had to nail down the controls first to work on a touchscreen.
We liked Untitled Goose Game a great deal in our review, and having played it myself at release, personally I’m looking forward to more players getting the chance to live out their dreams as a chaos-loving goose. It is easily one of the best indie games to have released this year, and with The Game Awards just around the corner, my hunch is that perhaps the game catch us by surprise and launch onto consoles during the show.
Untitled Goose Game is available now on Nintendo Switch and PC.
