As many are stuck in quarantine, it’s a trying time for the economy. Not everyone has the money for these new releases. Fear not gamers, Ubisoft has your back. The publisher is giving away acclaimed 2014 UbiArt RPG Child of Light for free until March 28. Additionally, 2019’s Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint is free to play until March 30.
You can add Child of Light to your collection today by following this link. Meanwhile, if you’re looking to get in on some Ghost Recon Breakpoint action during its free to play period, your destination is either the Epic Games Store or Ubisoft’s own PC marketplace Uplay. It is sure to be an enjoyable multiplayer experience with friends, and I’m sure servers will be busy while everyone shelters in place. In fact, Child of Light even features a co-op mode.
Child of Light is a beautiful project by Ubisoft Montreal that I thoroughly enjoyed last decade. It features adorable watercolor style graphics, a beautiful soundtrack, and well-done classic RPG combat throughout the game’s roughly 11-hour campaign. A deal like this isn’t one to miss out on.
This is a rough time for everyone, and it’s great that publishers like Ubisoft are making their games more accessible. It’s important that we all stay inside for our own health and for the health of our many loved ones. Child of Light is a beautiful game and is criminally underplayed. It’s also a great game for introducing new people to gaming, so please share this deal with friends.
People around the world are stuck inside their houses, and tired of watching the same shows or films. Thankfully, it’s an amazing time to be a gamer with critically acclaimed games Doom Eternal, Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Ori and the Will of the Wisps, and Half-Life: Alyx all releasing this month.
