If you’re like me, you’ve taken the time holed up at home to catch up on some stuff. Movies, TV shows and podcasts have all been on my to-do list, but now another one is bumping itself to the front. It’s The Official The Last of Us Podcast, and yes, while its name is a pain to say, the show’s two-minute preview is enough to give any fan of the series a reason to tune in.
The podcast officially airs its first episode June 9, just 10 days before the public release of The Last of Us Part 2, and it’s not just a bunch of fans talking about the series. The Official The Last of Us Podcast is set to be hosted by Christian Spicer, a comedian, writer and fan of The Last of Us. Joining him will be every single notable name to roll through the game’s credits. So far, it’s been confirmed that Writer and Creative Director Neil Druckmann will appear on the show, along with Voice Actors Troy Baker and Ashley Johnson.

With guests like those, don’t expect any surface-level discussions on the critically acclaimed title. The podcast will focus on the inside and outside of The Last of Us, from designing the game’s characters to behind the scenes looks at its actual development. Best of all, the podcast will offer what’s sure to be an in-depth inside scoop on the development of The Last of Us Part 2.
