The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild Sequel Releasing in 2022 As Per Reports

Today, Japanese game industry analyst, Dr. Serkan Toto, has teased that the Breath of the Wild sequel might be coming in 2022. This is quite a new development, as rumors had earlier suggested that we might be getting in the latter half of this year.

Nintendo’s next Direct is slated to be held on the 15th of June, and we should learn more about the Breath of the Wild Sequel in all probability. A Nintendo Switch Pro is also rumored to be revealed from under the wraps, so that’s something to look out for as well.

While this is quite a credible source, it still should be taken with a grain of salt like with all other rumors. However, it might be just that the pandemic has disrupted Nintendo’s plans to release a Breath of the Wild sequel this year, which makes the 2022 release window quite a fair possibility.
