If you’re an Xbox One fan wishing you had a PC so you could’ve joined in on the fun during last month’s Steam Summer Game Fest, then Microsoft has some great news for you. Starting on July 21, more than 60 brand-new games will release demos on the Xbox One. The Summer Game Fest Demo Event is chock-full of great games to try and will do its best to replicate the E3 floor. Check it out.
Summer might just be our favorite season!

Once the event kicks off, you’ll have a week to jump in and try out some great games. Some demos might move permanently to the demo channel, but most will be gone completely. So, make sure you stay on top of it later this month.
As far as which games will be available once the event starts, that’s still a little up in the air. The team plans to have “somewhere between 75 and 100” demos available, but the actual figure is still being ironed out. They’ll announce a full list closer to the July 21 start date.
That said, they did highlight several games that will make an appearance. These include games like Cris Tales, Destroy All Humans!, Haven, Hellpoint, and Skatebird. You’ll also be able to try out The Vale: Shadow of the Crown, Raji: An Ancient Epic, and Welcome to Elk. Already it looks like there will be something for every taste, and the list will only grow.
If you want to get a sampling of that E3 vibe, the Summer Game Fest Demo Event starts up on Xbox One on July 21. Again, most of the demos are only available for a week, so don’t miss out. Mark it on your calendar immediately.
