One of the coolest additions to Doom Eternal has to be the DoomBlade. Trust me, there are a plethora of fantastic additions in the sequel but the DoomBlade just gives some flavor to glory kills. Fans have loved the blade so much that one of them even recreated it in real life!
Over on the Doom subreddit, u/Miscreations posted a video showcasing how he recreated the blade from scratch. He even demonstrates how sharp the blade is by cutting some objects up. You can take a look for yourself in the video below.
I have always loved recreations like this. The Doom fandom is an enthusiastic one and it is fantastic to see everyone’s enthusiasm surrounding the new entry. Plue, the guy who created this definitely deserves some recognition on this one because the real-life DoomBlade he created is incredible.
Doom Eternal is currently available for PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Stadia. It will also release on the Nintendo Switch sometime in the near future.
