Developer Team 17 have teamed up with Unicube to announce that Sheltered will be releasing on the Nintendo Switch in a weeks time, December 18. Perfect for an upcoming Christmas gift for that gamer in your life, or just keep it for yourself and to hell with everyone else.
Originally it debuted in 2016 on PS4, PC, Xbox One, Android, and iOS, so not to leave the Switch out especially coming up to Christmas, you can enjoy it on there, too. Sheltered is a post-apocalyptic survival game where you control a family that survives a nuclear war by taking refuge in an underground shelter. As their supplies run low, the family must scrounge aboveground. Their wellbeing and survival is the key priority in this title and to keep them going, you’ll have to venture into the dangerous unknown to get supplies.
Although, it’s not all doom and gloom because you do get to choose a pet to take on the world with. Between a dog, cat, fish, snake or horse, the choice is yours. I’m not too sure how useful a fish will be, but who am I to judge.
Some Key Features you’ll experience in Sheltered:
