Today Atlus released a new trailer of its upcoming portable JRPG Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth, part of a series of videos dedicated to introducing the cast.
Today’s video shows off Ryuji Sakamoto from Persona 5. Unsurprisingly, he’s as upbeat and goofy in his cutesy form as he is in the latest mainline game of the franchise.
If you’re unfamiliar with the game, Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth is a dungeon-crawler JRPG crossing over previous Persona games (3, 4, 5, and 3 Portable). The second screen of the 3DS is used for map drawing in the same fashion as Etrian Odyssey, making Nintendo’s portable console the perfect platform for the game.
You can check out the trailer below. If you want to see more, you can enjoy a new gallery of screenshots and artwork. You can also enjoy the previous trailer focusing on Akihiko Sanada From Persona 3, another starring Chie Satonaka from Persona 4, the one before featuring Futaba Sakura from Persona 5, another showing Shinjiro Aragaki from Persona 3, and the original reveal.
The game releases on November 29th in Japan, exclusively for Nintendo 3DS. No western release has been announced just yet. We don’t know whether it’ll ever be announced, but since Etrian Odyssey X is gonna get a western release, the chances aren’t bad.
