Today’s issue of Weekly Famitsu included a spread on the upcoming twin rhythm games by Atlus Persona 5 Dancing Star Night and Persona 3 Dancing Moon Night, focused on the DLC that will come post launch.
First of all, we get to see two characters, Theodore and Lavenza, but there is a lot more. DLC will bring the list of accessories to over 120, including back items like wings, and there will be a set inspired by Phoenix Ranger Featherman R. Approximately 100,000 combinations of costumes, accessories, and hair colors will be available.
President Tanaka will also make an appearance in his own track, while those who would like something a bit more daring, with the ability to cross-dress. This is bound to the DLC, but there wasn’t a precise explanation on how it’ll work. Funnily, judging from the pictures looks like some work needs to be done on skirt clipping issues.
You can check out all the images below, keeping in mind that they’re magazine scans, so the quality is not perfect.. If you want to see more, you can also watch a ton of gameplay revealed last week, and some more costumes dedicated to Yakuza, Sonic, and Virtua Fighter. Sega also recently showcased a series of character trailers, featuring Morgana and Akihiko Sanada, two more starring Mitsuru and Yusuke, another pair showing Futaba Sakura and Fuuka Yamagishi, the fourth couple with Haru Okumura and Ken Amada, and the fifth with Caroline, Justine, and Elizabeth.
Both Persona 5 Dancing Star Night and Persona 3 Dancing Moon Night will release on the same day in Japan on May 24th, 2018, for PS4 and PS Vita. A western release has not been announced just yet.
