Following the unprecedented success of Genshin Impact in five months, miHoYo has just acquired a brand new building and offices for part of its development team in China. Yep, this is how miHoYo is using all the cash it’s getting from Genshin whale players around the world – those who spend massive amounts on the gacha banners. Several photos of this new building have been shared on Japanese Twitter. Let’s take a look at the new Genshin Impact miHoYo office and go along a virtual visit.
miHoYo currently has offices in Japan, and in Shangai, China, where its headquarters are located. It seems like this new building are the brand new headquarters.
The photos above depict the offices’ entrance with the employees’ check in and reception. Note the overall blue atmosphere, characteristic of miHoYo’s logo using blue as its theme. Paimon and the travelers greet visitors and employees alike. Note the Evangelion Eva Unit 01 figure on the reception desk.
More photos from the new miHoYo offices interior, still with the same blue soothing aesthetic. The open-space office has several miHoYo and Genshin Impact related goodies, including a huge Ruin Guard statue.
Some of the awards obtained by miHoYo till now are exposed as well.
You can tell with these photos the scale of the building and how huge it is overall.

Songs of joy in the winds are streaming,
Beneath the flowers old hymns abide;
Though you should seek the festivity’s meaning,
Forget not that which your hearts do hide.https://t.co/uJNOZ7y0VS#GenshinImpact— Paimon (@GenshinImpact) March 6, 2021
