This week’s issue of Weekly Famitsu hosted the first screenshots of Nippon Ichi Software’s newest game Anata no Shikihime Kyouikutan or Your Four Knight Princesses Training Story, coming to the PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and Switch on January 25, 2018 in Japan.
Teased earlier this week, Your Four Knight Princesses Training Story features action RPG gameplay elements that fans of the genre will pick up on quickly. However, as the name of the game suggests, players will be training four princesses during the campaign. The training will include taking them out to the field and fighting monsters in order to level up and gain new skills, but there are a few more unique systems found within the game.
Players will be able to praise or scold their princess party depending on the actions that they take in battle and how they approach a situation. This could be a system based off of what players have seen in games such as Criminal Girls, where the characters won’t commit to certain instructions and will become defiant.
The four main heroines of the game are:
- Veronica – An intelligent princess who wants to use fear to control the world
- Monmaria – Uses her knowledge of business to get by in the world.
- Alpana – A princess who only wishes for all races to coexist.
- Liliati – A popular knight who only wants to protect her people.
