Today Experience released the first trailer for the upcoming Nintendo Switch version of the horror adventure game Shiin.
This new port joins the previously released PS4 and PS Vita version, and we also get a Japanese release date. The game will hit the local shelves on June 28th.
Incidentally, the originally-announced price of 5,800 yen plus taxes has also been dropped to 4,800 yen plus taxes. The download version on the Nintendo eShop will be even cheaper, costing only 4,000 yen plus taxes.
The game’s story revolves around a rumor that alleges that in Tokyo’s “H” district those who receive a death seal will die. There have been cases in which people that had the mysterious mark appear suddenly on their body have died without an explanation.
Some think that the seal appears after encountering a ghost or being affected by a curse. Those who have the death seals are suddenly called to a certain villa. The protagonist is one of them, and is greeted by a beautiful (and creepy) talking doll that welcomes him to “Kujou Mansion.” The doll warns him that he will die if he doesn’t manage to do something about it.
You can check out the trailer below, and a few screenshots from a while ago. No western release has been announced for the moment.
