Gearbox just pumped a ton of new content into Borderlands 3 around Valentine’s Day. However, the team is far from done. With PAX East kicking off this weekend, Gearbox is going back to the main stage to reveal the next campaign add-on for its popular loot-shooter. You can catch the trailer Thursday, February 27 from 2:30 to 4:00 PM.
The Gearbox Main Theater Show at #PAXEast is on Thursday, February 27th at 2:30pm ET! Afterwards, we’ll be in the autograph area to sign your loot from 4:30pm to 6pm ET!
For those not attending, the panel will be streamed LIVE so you don't miss any of the exciting news! pic.twitter.com/55vZ6Tsuht

Of course, fans of Borderlands 3 will remember Gearbox’s presentation from last year’s PAX. There were some technical difficulties, a bit of Randy Pitchford waffling, and tons of magic. Oh, and they finally pulled back the curtain on Borderlands 3. Here’s hoping their 2020 presentation goes a bit smoother and a lot less awkward for them.
That said, Borderlands has always been known for quality post-launch content. We’ve already gotten a fun space heist with Moxxi’s Heist of the Handsome Jackpot and there’s really no telling where the next DLC will take us. What you can confidently assume is that there will be tons of loot and poop jokes. If that sounds like your idea of a good time, then make sure to pay attention to Gearbox at PAX East this weekend. The team is also promising that we’ll learn more about their overall plans for 2020, making it a panel worth paying attention to on Thursday whether you’re on the floor or at home.
Of course, Gearbox isn’t the only studio at PAX East. We just learned that Nintendo will have Animal Crossing: New Horizons playable at the show. And Larian Studios is giving us a first-look at gameplay for Baldur’s Gate 3 as well.
Borderlands 3 is available now on PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One. PAX East runs all weekend. We have several people on the show floor, so expect preview coverage and news over the next few weeks from the con.
