Konami’s Metal Gear Survive came quite far from dethroning Monster Hunter World at retail, as announced earlier this week by Media Create. Yet, looks like the online nature of the title did the trick for digital sales, as the post-Kojima game managed to grab the first place, pushing back Capcom’s behemoth for the first week after four of uncontested domination.
Girl Und Panzer Dream Tank Match performed rather well in the digital marketplace as well, after impressing at retail.
Yoko Taro’s NieR: Automata returned near the top of the chart thanks to a 50% discount enacted to celebrate the game’s first anniversary, and Senran Kagura Burst Re:Newal completes the top-five.
Secret of Mana didn’t manage to stay on the top-five in its second week on the digital shelves, but it’s worth mentioning that it did come first again among PS Vita games.
