Horror games have had a big moment in the past few years thanks to stellar titles like Resident Evil 2, and plenty of indie horror game experiences have been up there to rival them. That includes Little Nightmares, which first arrived on consoles and PC in 2017 with a unique style and tone all its own. Since then, the game has managed to reach some impressive milestones, while those on Google Stadia will be able to experience the game for themselves very soon.
Publisher Bandai Namco Entertainment has announced that since the game’s launch in spring 2017, Little Nightmares has surpassed over 2 million sales worldwide. Additionally, the publisher also confirmed that the original game (which has an upcoming sequel on the way) will also be coming to Google Stadia at the beginning of next month.

Little Nightmares will be available on Google Stadia starting June 1, 2020, and those with a Stadia Pro membership will be able to play the base game for free when it is available. The game’s Secrets of the Maw DLC, which contains three additional chapters that coincide with the story of the original game, will also be available to purchase separately or as part of the Complete Edition of the game.
Last summer, Tarsier and Bandai Namco announced that a sequel is in the works called Little Nightmares 2. From what we’ve seen of the game so far, it appears that the first game’s protagonist Six will be making her return, while other new characters and foes are set to be introduced that seem at least as terrifying as those from the original game. New details on the sequel have been quiet since the game was first announced last year, but Tarsier Studios detailed with its announcements today that it will “tell fans more about the game this summer.”
Little Nightmares is available now on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC, and will be coming to Google Stadia on June 1, 2020.
