If you want to try out two new games before they’re released in Japan, today is your lucky day, as Square Enix just released a demo of Itadaki Street: Dragon Quest & Final Fantasy 30th Anniversary, while Bandai Namco launched one for Taiko Drum Master: Drum Session!
Both demos are available on the Japanese PlayStation Store. Itadaki Street: Dragon Quest & Final Fantasy 30th Anniversary can be found here for PS4 and here for PS Vita, while Taiko Drum Master: Drum Session! is exclusively for PS4 and can be downloaded here.
The Itadaki Street: Dragon Quest & Final Fantasy 30th Anniversary demo offers four characters and one map, and supports multiplayer. If you can win against three S-rank characters, you’ll also get a free theme that you can see below.
The Taiko Drum Master: Drum Session! demo includes three songs to let you try the game, and you can play with Pac-Man in the “Guest Session Performance” mode.
Of course, a Japanese PSN account is necessary to download both demos, and you can find out how to create and maintain one in our handy guide.
Itadaki Street: Dragon Quest & Final Fantasy 30th Anniversary will launch in Japan on October 19th for PS4 and PS Vita.
Taiko No Tatsujin: Drum Session! will release in Japan on October 26th, and in Asia with English subtitles down the line.
