This week, German indie developer Crytek has announced that its upcoming title Hunt: Showdown is available now as an Early Access title on Steam for $29.99 along with the system requirements needed to run the game.
According to the Steam page, gamers looking to run the game at the lowest settings will need at least Windows 7 64-bit as their operating system, a sixth generation Intel i5 @ 2.7GHz, or AMD Ryzen 3 1200 CPU, 8GB of RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 TI or AMD Radeon R9370 GPU.
While the recommended specifications require PC rigs to sport Windows 10 64-bit OS, a sixth generation Intel i5 @ 3.2 GHz or AMD Ryzen 5 1400 processor, 12 GB of RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 4GB or AMD Radeon R9 390X. Regardless of what your PC rig is packing, gamers will need 20GB of free storage space on their hard drive to download the title.
Hunt: Showdown is a competitive first-person multiplayer shooter and serves as a spiritual successor to Darksiders. Set in the darkest corners of the universe, Hunt: Showdown intertwines a match-based format with the thrill of survival games by merging PvP and PvE elements along with match-based gameplay to provide a distinctive (albeit tense) experience for players.
