miHoYo revealed in the newest Genshin Impact livestream all the details on Ver 1.4 Invitation of Windblume, including new weapon Alley Hunter, a four star bow. Here’s everything you should know about Alley Hunter in Genshin Impact, including its ability, its stats, its substat, its banner release time, and if it’s worth pulling.
Alley Hunter is a four star Bow weapon
Amber, Venti, Fischl, Diona, Tartaglia, and Ganyu can equip Alley Hunter. Overall, it’s a good Bow for DPS characters who deal damage in short bursts before leaving the field. Characters such as Childe/Tartaglia or Fischl can definitely make out a lot out of Alley Hunter. However, It’s a pretty tricky weapon overall, and you’ll soon see why after looking at its ability.
Keep in mind the stats below is what has been leaked from the Private Beta Test and/or datamined. It’s possible that the stats will be slightly different when Ver 1.4 Invitation of Windblume launches on March 17. We will be sure to update this article if the stats are different.
Alley Hunter Stats: Level 1 (Level 90)
- Base ATK: 44 (565)
- Sub Stat: 6 (27.6) ATK%
Alley Hunter Special Ability
(Refine level progression of the ability is under parenthesis)
While the character equipped with this weapon is in the party but not on the field, their DMG increases by 2% (2.5%, 3%, 3.5%, 4%) every second up to a max of 20% (25%, 30%, 35%, 40%). When the character is on the field for more than 4s, the aforementioned DMG buff decreases by 4% (5%, 6%, 7%, 8%) per second until it reaches 0%.
In other words, once switching to the character equipped with Alley Hunter, you have four seconds to deal a maximum amount of DMG. After that, the DMG buff will be fully decreased in 20 seconds, so it’s best to switch to another character – It takes ten seconds for the Alley Hunter DMG buff ability to be fully charged again.
