Before the end of the year, Sony gave PS Now subscribers a look ahead at what will be coming to the streaming service next month.
Beginning on January 2, Sony will be adding three marquee titles to PS Now. This slate will be headlined by PS4-exclusive titles Horizon Zero Dawn and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, both of which initially launched back in 2017. The third game in this slate will be that of indie darling Overcooked! 2.
Horizon Zero Dawn’s addition to PS Now next month is particularly interesting given the fact that rumors of it coming to PC have been swirling for a bit now. Technically, PS Now can be accessed via a PC, meaning that, in a roundabout way, Horizon Zero Dawn can technically now be played on a PC. Perhaps that’s what those rumors a few weeks back were pointing to.
Horizon and The Lost Legacy continue a seemingly larger initiative by Sony to put more exclusive PS4 games on PS Now. Within recent months, other popular titles such as God of War and Persona 5 have also found their way to the platform. As for December’s offerings, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds and Wolfenstein: The Old Blood ended up being the most notable additions.
PS Now will set you back either $9.99 per month or $59.99 for the entire year. New subscribers to the service can give it a whirl for free for their first 7 days.
