There’s been a Hollow Knight renaissance this Summer after the Metroidvania title made its way to the Nintendo Switch in June and in just a few short weeks, it’ll be making its way to a few more console platforms.
Team Cherry announced today that Hollow Knight is scheduled to come to PS4 and Xbox One digitally later this month on September 25. That’s only two weeks away, folks. Team Cherry also said that developer Shark Jump assisted with the ports of Hollow Knight for these platforms.
The version of Hollow Knight that will be coming to these consoles is that of the Voidheart Edition which includes the original base game in addition to four more content packs that add more missions, boss fights, and abilities. If you haven’t played Hollow Knight, those extra add-on packs are staggeringly large. There’s a lot of game hours included in this bundle, so prepare yourself.
Additionally, Team Cherry launched a new trailer for Hollow Knight: Voidheart Edition which you can find at the bottom of the page. Pre-orders for Hollow Knight: Voidheart Edition will be going live on each platform soon with those who are PS Plus members receiving 20% off on PS4.
