Late last month, developer Dynamic Pixels and publisher tinyBuild Games announced that their already-popular (and it hasn’t even released yet) stealth horror game, Hello Neighbor, is launching on PC and Xbox One on August 29th.

Fast-forward to today, and the pair released a new special, E3 2017 trailer. In addition to the new trailer, tinyBuild Games also announced the game is now available to pre-order and that it will be enhanced with 4K on Xbox One X.

For those that don’t know: Hello Neighbor is a game where you sneak into your neighbor’s house and try to figure out what horrible secrets he’s hiding in the basement. The concept is pretty simple, but the final product is very tense, and more complex than it sounds.

The game notably boasts an intricate and advanced AI system where the neighbor learns from your every move. For example, if you constantly sneak into the house from the front: expect him to put up cameras there. If you keep going through the backyard window: then expect a bear-trap to greet you after awhile. But perhaps the most tense part of the game comes from the fact that you’re infiltrating his house — aka the place he knows better than you, including all the shortcuts, which in turn makes chases through the house (there are multiple houses confirmed so far) very hectic.

Hello Neighbor is currently available in Steam Early Access for $29.99 USD. Additionally, you can play a free Pre-Alpha version of the game here. Or you can just check out the new trailer below:
