Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut gets update 2.10 on both PS5 and PS4 consoles as a minor hotfix.
Despite working in silence since Infamous Second Son, Sony’s Sucker Punch did a pretty good job with Ghost of Tsushima, delivering a new action-adventure experience to the collection of PlayStation-exclusive titles with a unique Japanese historical theme and setting that you can barely find in a game of the same genre.

The game has been launched on PS5 recently with a new expansion that adds Iki Island with some new story-driven quests to further expand the storyline.
Continuing the work to further improve the overall experience of the game, Sucker Punch launched a new update for Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut on PS4 and PS5.
The new update makes Silk available in a new merchant, fixes a bug with the Samurai Armor loadout, and does some other adjustments. You can check out the full patch notes down below:
Ghost of Tsushima Update 2.10 Patch Notes
- Fixed a bug with Samurai Armor loadouts
- Added an option to acquire Silk from the NG+ merchant
- Removed a Legends requirement from the Common Courtesy trophy
- More bug fixes and adjustments
At this point, it’s hard to say whether the game would receive a sequel in the future or not, but it was definitely one of the fan-favorite exclusive titles of the last generation for PlayStation, and the setting and story really shows enough potential for a sequel.
Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut is now available on PS4 and PS5. The PS5 version costs $10 extra. Also, if you want to upgrade the game from PS4 to PS5 you need to pay $10.
