Genshin Impact Switch Version Delayed Due To Weaker Hardware: Report
According to Genshin Leaker Genshin Report, Genshin Impact’s Switch version has been delayed due to the weaker hardware of the Nintendo Switch. While Genshin Impact isn’t the most demanding game out there, it still requires quite hefty specifications to run, even on smartphones.
However, there is some good news as well. Genshin Report further states that the Switch port is likely to arrive sometime this year, which means that fans don’t have to wait for a long time to play Genshin Impact on Switch.
Earlier it was being speculated that a number of problems have delayed the Switch port. This ranges from the various microtransaction implementations to eShop compatibility. As of now, miHoYo is yet to reveal anything about the Switch port, so like all leaks, this should also be taken with a grain of salt.
