Entergram announced it’s developing a KonoSuba: God’s Blessing on this Wonderful World! dungeon-crawler RPG for PlayStation 4 and Vita. You can check the game’s official site here.

Konosuba, shortening of its Japanese name Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo, is originally a light novel series written by Natsume Akatsuki and with illustrations by Kurone Mishima. The anime adaptations are quite popular both inside and outside Japan, thanks to its mix between comedy and fantasy elements, and has a movie in the works for 2019. In 2017, Konosuba already received a first game adaptation for PS4 and Vita developed by 5pb. That first game was a visual novel.

The singer Machico, who already did the opening songs for both seasons of the Konosuba anime, sings a new song titled “Stand Up” for the game.

As for myself, I’ve been wanting to try out the Konosuba anime for quite a while, as I often hear people comparing it with Slayers, but sadly I never had the time to really get into it.

You can watch the first teaser trailer for the game below. The game has no release date for now and I highly doubt it will either release outside of Japan either.
