Developer Dodge Roll Games is having quite the Tuesday. The team took to Twitter today to announce a boatload of new information. Most notably, they revealed that their hit roguelike Enter the Gungeon has now surpassed three million copies sold. Those are big numbers for a relatively small team. However, that was far from the only thing Dodge Roll revealed.
Enter the Gungeon has surpassed three million copies sold and we're so thankful for the community's support!
Excited to release House of the Gundead to arcades and Exit the Gungeon on PC and consoles early this year!https://t.co/AHdRfzuVXw pic.twitter.com/mTgj7MzGvX

Exit the Gungeon originally launched exclusively with Apple Arcade in October 2019. The spin-off plays somewhat similarly to Enter the Gungeon except that you are now traversing up platforms to get back out of the Gungeon. However, it still retains the roguelike trappings and massive gun arsenal from the main game. The game is now coming to PC and console, which makes quite a bit of sense. I have yet to play Exit the Gungeon (Android users, rise up) but have heard several people say they’d prefer the game with a controller. I will certainly be checking it out, especially if it comes to Nintendo Switch.
The final bit of news Dodge Roll shared is that Enter the Gungeon: House of the Gundead is coming to arcades in that same “early 2020” window. This is the two-player lightgun game they’ve talked about previously. It will, obviously, be a bit harder to get your hands on, but it definitely looks like a good time if you have a local arcade handy.
Enter the Gungeon is available on Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, and Xbox One now. Exit the Gungeon is coming to PC and consoles later this year. The same is true for Enter the Gungeon: House of the Gundead and your local arcade.
