Whether you are a fan of the series or not, Dragon Quest Builders 2 may be one of the best games of 2019. However, it has only been available for the Nintendo Switch and PS4 since it launched back in January… until now. The Dragon Quest Builders 2 PC version will be available via Steam on December 10.
Purchasing the block-building RPG through Steam will net you more than just the base game. The Dragon Quest Builders 2 PC version includes all of the DLC from the PS4 version’s Season Pass. This means the Hotto Stuff Pack, Aquarium Pack and Modernist Pack will all come with your purchase of the game. This will give you access to new content, recipes, hairstyles, clothing, and new areas.
Additionally, anyone who pre-orders or purchases the Dragon Quest Builders 2 PC version will garner a few bonus recipes that allow you to flaunt your fandom for the long-running RPG series. Take a look at the full list of bonus recipes you’ll receive when you purchase the game on Steam:
- Ornamental Medicinal Herb Recipe
- Dragon Quest Logo Recipe
- Ornamental Chimaera Wing Recipe
- Five Sigil Block Recipes for building decorative blocks with sun, stars, moon, water, and soul motifs
- Legendary Line Art Recipe
- Lo-Res Luminary Recipes
If you are looking forward to playing the Dragon Quest Builders 2 on your PC, you can pre-purchase right now on Steam for $59.99 to secure those pre-order bonuses. If you’d rather play the game on console — and potentially save a few bucks — the game is available now PS4 and Nintendo Switch. However, you would need to purchase the game’s Season Pass to get the aforementioned DLC packs that come with the PC version.
