Artistically minded gamers have been jumping into Dreams by Media Molecule since the Early Access period went live last week. Although the number of players getting in on the action is limited, this hasn’t hindered the abundance of creativity from talented people from over-flowing.
Jeff Ross who is the Game Director at Bend Studio has taken to Twitter to share his joy at a one fans wonderful vision of Days Gone created in Dreams for PS4. The designer in question is Ryo Arwell who goes by the name of @_ReadyToPlay_ on Twitter. While letting their creative juices flow in the beta period of Dreams, Ryo implemented their very own concept of Days Gone using the title’s custom and pre-built objects. In this particular scene, we see Ryo has created Deacon St. John standing by his trusty drifter bike overlooking the beautiful Oregon landscape.
Loving this #DreamsPS4 #daysgone crossover. @abbieheppe @siobhanreddy @mediamolecule @BendStudio @yosp https://t.co/tU42BiGQ8r

Of course, this isn’t the first time someone has taken to Dreams to construct their very own project. At the start of the year, we saw someone recreating the opening scene from Dead Space, an impressive Prometheus FPS game as well as the Senior Principal Designer at Media Molecule John Beech’s amazingly detailed pool level that also included a full AI for the game to compete against.
We have reached out to Ryo Arwell for more pictures of their Days Gone: Dreams Edition design and we will update this if we can get those to showcase their creation off more.
Dreams Early Access is $29.99 in the United States, $39.99 in Canada, and £24.99 in the UK. Those who purchase the game in Early Access will have the full game upon its release, with all of their creations from Early Access or the earlier beta rolling over into the final game.
Days Gone will release exclusively for PS4 on April 26, 2019. If you’re looking forward to hitting the open road with Deacon and his bike, there’s still time to pre-order the game over on Amazon.
