Essentially out of nowhere, Marvelous and XSEED Games today announced that it will be bringing last year’s release of Daemon X Machina to PC in just a few short days.
Daemon X Machina, the mech-focused action game, released originally in September 2019 exclusively for the Nintendo Switch. The title was published by Nintendo itself on the Switch which made it seem potentially unlikely to come to other platforms. But now, thanks to XSEED, Daemon X Machina will have a new home on PC beginning on February 13, 2020.
Steam will be the platform in which Daemon X Machina releases on PC. The game will retail for $59.99 but from now until launch, you’ll be able to get Daemon X Machina for a slightly lower price. If you pre-purchase the game prior to its arrival, you can get it for 20% off. If you know for sure that this is something you want to pick up already, it might be better to buy it sooner rather than later.
Furthermore, those who buy the game ahead of launch or within its first month of availability will get a few extras. Early adopters of the game will score some bonus items that include an Arsenal mech, various suits for your character, and five additional weapons. Some of these bonuses, specifically the Prototype line of suits and mechs, will be able to be purchased separately down the line if you don’t jump in now. However, the Metallic Equipment set will only be given out during this early bird purchasing phase.
