If you were a fan of Amazon’s virtual assistant Alexa and her ability to communicate back-and-forth with Destiny 2 then you’ll soon have another game that you can control with your voice. Today, developer Sledgehammer Games and publisher Activision announced that they have once again partnered with the tech giant to bring voice commands for Call of Duty: WWII to Amazon Echo-enabled devices.
Just like the Destiny 2 voice commands, players are able to ask Alex similar questions, including your stats from previous games, the status of current contracts and orders, how you did compare to your friends, and even recommendations on how to improve your loadouts.
As expected, the Call of Duty: WWII Alexa Skill is available for all players who own any Amazon Echo device. All you have to do to turn is on is go into your Alexa smartphone app and enable it.
To celebrate the announcement of the skills, Activision released two new trailers showing them off in action. You can check them out at the end of the article.
Call of Duty: WWII is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC. If you want to take advantage of these commands but you don’t currently have an Amazon Echo, then you’re in luck, as the Echo Dot is currently on sale. You can pick it up by clicking here.
