Following the slew of reveals which came this morning for BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle, Arc System Works released on Nico Nico a brand new trailer for the game.
The trailer showcases the full launch roster in action, that will include twenty characters. Those will be Ragna the Bloodedge, Jin Kisaragi, Noel Vermillion, Rachel Alucard, TR-0009 Tager, ν-13, Hazama, Makoto Nanaya, Azrael, and Es from BlazBlue: CentralFiction, Yu Narukami, Yosuke Hanamura, Chie Satonaka and Yukiko Amagi from Persona 4, Linne, Hyde, Gordeau and Waldstein from Under Night In-Birth Exe: Late[st], and Ruby and Weiss Schnee from RWBY.
At the end of the trailer, we also see in action the first DLC character, who will strengthen a little bit the rather scrawny roster for RWBY, Blake Belladonna. Another nineteen DLC characters will be distributed over six different packages of three, plus a single hero (or heroine) coming on his own. For those who aren’t fond of the nickel and dime, an “All-In-One Pack” with all the characters is also planned some time down the line.
You can check out the trailer below. Do keep in mind that it’s from Nico Nico, so the quality is the usual crap. Hopefully we’ll get a YouTube version soon, but for now, this is what we get. If you want to learn about the game, you can enjoy a recent trailer announcing the North American release in 2018 the first character reveal trailer, the second, the third, the fourth, the fifth, and the original tease.
BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle will release in Japan on May 31st, with a North American release planned sometime this year, for PS4, Switch, and PC.
