As a remaster of the acclaimed 2013 hack-and-slash action-RPG, Dragon’s Crown Pro will give both fans of the game (and newcomers) a chance to experience the game in a new light on PS4, with the game officially set to arrive in the West next year.

Publisher Atlus has announced that Dragon’s Crown Pro will be heading to the West in Spring 2018, after the title was previously revealed back in September for a Japanese release in early 2018. Specifically, the new release will retail for $49.99 USD ($64.99 CAD), according to Atlus.

Dragon’s Crown Pro will bring over the PS3/PS Vita title with newly-remastered visuals for the PS4 and PS4 Pro, including 4K resolution support, a newly-recorded soundtrack, and new audio and display options such as English and Japanese audio tracks, and localized in-game text in French, Italian, German, and Spanish.

In addition to the new features, Dragon’s Crown Pro will also support online cross-play and cross-save compatibility between the PS4 and PS Vita versions of the game, while all of the previous patches and features (including the Storyteller Voice Pack DLC) will also be included in the new release.

Dragon’s Crown Pro will release in Japan on January 25th, 2018, and will follow with a Western release in Spring 2018. In the meantime, you can check out a new trailer for the game below:
