We finally know the Gran Turismo 7 release date thanks to a new trailer, and it is packed with tributes to previous entries in the franchise. Here are some of the more prominent ones we caught.

Gran Turismo is back! That’s the message being conveyed by the new Gran Turismo 7 release date trailer that just came out. Not only did the trailer feature fan-favorite cars, old and new, but it was also packed with references and callbacks to Gran Turismo entries of the past.

The first four Gran Turismo games especially got some love with some of the more extended mood-setting scenes that were previously pre-rendered in their respective opening movies, having been remade, and shown with Gran Turismo 7’s in-engine graphics. Let’s take a look at some of these.
