Getting neon and mega neon versions of dolphin, stingray, shark and other pets is same as the other pets. To get the neon version, you need to first make sure you have four fully-grown pet you want a new version of. Once you have them, take them to Neon Cave and they will fuse to form the Neon Ladybug. Likewise, to get a mega neon pet, you need to combine four Neon pet in the Neon Cave.
