Minecraft Beta has received a new update today which brings quite a number of new features to the game. The developers are gearing up for the Caves and Cliffs Update which is slated to release later this year. The update introduces a plethora of new mountain sub-biomes including Lofty Peaks, Snow Capped Peaks, Snowy Slopes, and many more.
