Yorokobe shounen, over a decade after its initial announcement, Type-Moon announced the Tsukihime Remake, Tsukihime -A piece of blue glass moon-, is coming in Summer 2021 on PS4 and Switch.
Type-Moon held a special Fate Project New Year’s Eve Special 2020 TV program on December 31, revealing a trailer for Tsukihime Remake and an actual release date estimate.
Tsukhime first released in 2000. This remake was first announced in 2008, but has never been released till now. An official page for the game was opened.
The TV special was steamed live on Niconico as well, though it was region-locked. The stream also included new information for the Fate/Extra Remake announced in 2020, Fate/Extra Record, with Tamamo. Tsukihime, togehther with Kara no Kyoukai and Fate/Stay night, are the base of the Nasuverse and what ended up giving birth to FGO. It’s incredibly hype to see 2020 end with such goods news and that the remake is finally happening.
