Iwaihime: Matsuri has received a new character trailer for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita port from Nippon Icchi Software.
This new trailer reveals Kanae Minobe a playfully adorable girl whose imagination can bring players to horrific scenes. She often is seen resembling the main character Alice from Alice in Wonderland and she is also one of main protagonist Suzumu Susuhara’s school friends.
From the mind of Ryukishi07 (Higurashi When They Cry and Umineko When They Cry), Iwaihime: Matsuri tells a story of the Susuharia family, whose males leave home at certain age of maturity. The main protagonist is no different, he planned to enter school and then transfer out to begin his training of body and soul until he became accepted as an adult.
However, after meeting a strange girl in class, Toe Kurokami, who carries a Japanese doll around with her everywhere. Susuharia-san is suddenly wrapped up in a deep mystery and chooses not to leave. The doll could be cursed, but that is to be discovered in the game’s story.
