When a piece of media comes out, some people like paying tribute to its music. Fans of The Witcher show do it like this, and Kingdom Hearts fans do it like this. But fans of Kingdom Come: Deliverance, the hyper-realistic medieval RPG from Warhorse Studios, do it a little differently. They don a full set of plate armor and whip out a traditional Nyckelharpa.
Shown in a Youtube video and promoted by Warhorse on Twitter, we see Arvid emerge from behind a doorframe ready for battle – and a pint. He’s playing one of the tavern themes from the game, setting the perfect scene for a medieval pub full of hoots, hollers and raised tankards. Sure, his performance is a little rough but can you blame him? That’s a full suit of plate armor, and all you can see him move freely is his wrist to strum in his short rendition.
This is the first video from Arvid, who goes by Domingo 94 on Youtube. All I can say is I hope he keeps recreating the wonderfully scenic music of Kingdom Come: Deliverance.
Until his next video comes out, why not take a read of our review of Kingdom Come? The game is currently available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
