The anticipation for the Xbox One X is continuing to grow. While some consumers did – and still do – believe that the $500 price point is hard to justify, it’s hard to ignore the ever-increasing temptations that grow thanks to the announcements of upgraded titles that are going to be supported on the console.
Now, according from a developer tweet, The Elder Scrolls Online joins that list of enhanced games, with the update to arrive on the Xbox One X later this year.

The Xbox One X-enhanced support is coming alongside Update 16, which will also bringing the Clockwork City DLC game pack. While you’ll need a copy of ESO: Morrowind for the DLC game pack, access to Xbox One X support will be part of a free base game update that all players will be able to play. In addition, Update 16 will include bug fixes, balance changes, and performance improvements.
The Elder Scrolls Online is currently available for PS4, Xbox One, PC and Mac. It was originally released on April 4, 2014 and reported having reached more than 10 million online players worldwide this past June.
