With just a few weeks to go until its release, anticipation and hype for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is at an all-time high, and now that anticipation might have just been driven up a little higher thanks to the hype-man himself, Ninja.
In a tweet from today, Ninja — the well-known streamer that exploded in popularity over the last year thanks to his streams of the phenomenon Fortnite — teased that he appears to have something in the works for Super Smash Bros. fans, and the fighting game community as a whole.
While Ninja didn’t divulge just yet what exactly he has “cooking up” is, we can probably expect that it has something to do with Super Smash Bros. Ultimate given that it’s so close to release, and hopefully that will include either a stream of some sort for the game, or perhaps a tournament with him and other streamers to celebrate the game’s release.
Thankfully with just a short amount of time until its launch we’ll get to know soon what Ninja has in store, and given his massive popularity around the world, we can only expect it to be something big for one of the biggest game releases left for 2018.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate will release exclusively for Nintendo Switch on December 7, 2018. If you have yet to pick up a copy of the game before it hits next month, you can do that now over on Amazon.
