Today Atlus released a new trailer of its upcoming portable JRPG Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth, continuing the series of videos dedicated to introducing the cast.
Today’s trailer showcases Akihiko Sanada from Persona 3, and it’s certainly funny to see the cool and collected senpai designed in such a cutesy way.
If you’re unfamiliar with the game, Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth is a dungeon-crawling JRPG which crosses over previous Persona games (3, 4, 5, and 3 Portable), and uses the 3DS’s second screen to draw the map, as it was done in classic Dungeon RPGs like the Etrian Odyssey series.
You can check out the trailer below. If you want to see more, you can enjoy a new gallery of screenshots and artwork. You can also check out the previous trailer starring Chie Satonaka from Persona 4, the one before featuring Futaba Sakura from Persona 5, another showing Shinjiro Aragaki from Persona 3, and the original reveal.
The game releases on November 29th in Japan, exclusively for Nintendo 3DS. No western release has been announced just yet. We don’t know whether it’ll ever come but since Etrian Odyssey X is gonna get a western release, the chances aren’t bad.
