The Premium Box includes a costume, an artbook, a soundtrack CD, a B2-size fabric poster, and a metallic clear poster. The 20th anniversary box includes 50 tin badges, an acrylic standing figure representing Nelke, an oversized cloth poster, plus all the contents of the Premium Box.
