Etrian Odyssey X just released for Nintendo 3DS in Japan, and the system’s waning lifespan left many wondering whether or not the game would come west. Fortunately, Atlus USA just took to Twitter and revealed that Etrian Odyssey X will, in fact, be heading west next February, though it has received a name change to Etrian Odyssey Nexus.
Not much else is known about this western release at this time. This announcement tweet seems to have gone out early, as neither the website it links to nor the pre-order availability the tweet mentions are available yet. DualShockers will be sure to update you when that information becomes available. In the meantime, you can check out the tweet below, which gives us a glimpse at the game’s box art:
It’s time to warm-up those dungeon mapping skills, the next installment of the Etrian Odyssey series is coming to the West! #EtrianNexus is coming on February 5th! Best thing of all, you can pre-order your copy today! #Nintendo3DS https://t.co/03C30uwv4e pic.twitter.com/k2dB5lOwxj
