Koei Tecmo has been very active in supporting the Nintendo Switch, but Dead or Alive 6 has been announced only for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. During an interview at E3 2018, DualShockers asked Producer and Director Yohei Shimbori whether a port for Nintendo’s portable is on the menu.
Shimbori-san explained that at the moment the team is not considering the Nintendo Switch because of technical challenges, and they’re instead focusing on perfecting the game on the platforms they have announced.
We also asked whether the team is making an effort to achieve stable 60 frames-per-second on all platforms, and Shimbori-san answered with a confident “of course!”

During an earlier interview, Shinbori-san explained how the team is shifting towards a cooler look for the game compared to previous installments of the franchise.
