Today, Atlus announced that it would finally be bringing Persona 3: Dancing Moonlight, or as it’s known in Japan Persona 3: Dancing Moon Night, to the West sometime in early 2019.
Like its Persona 5 dancing counterpart, the game will feature 25 unlockable tracks consisting of remixes as well as the original versions of fan favorite songs from the PS2 and PSP title. Players can also expect a ton of cute costumes that’ll be unlockable as well for the entire cast from the main game.
If you’re unfamiliar with the Persona dancing series, it originated on the PS Vita with Persona 4: Dancing All Night. That title focused on the characters from Persona 4. In the game, players watch their favorite characters dance alongside one another to the iconic music of the Persona series. You’ll have to hit notes as they fly by and there are a variety of different difficulty options so newcomers and veterans of the genre can have a lot of fun.
Persona 5: Dancing Star Night was also given a western release window a little earlier today, so you can check the trailer out for that as well. Players will be able to switch between Japanese and English voice-overs in each game. Atlus has also said that both titles will be playable at this year’s E3.
Persona 3: Dancing Moonlight will be coming to both PS4 and PS Vita in early 2019. You can check out the new trailer for the game down below.
