Today Bethesda Softworks released a new trailer of its upcoming FPS Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus.
The trailer, featuring both gameplay and explanations from Machine Games Executive Producer Jerk Gustafsson, and Creative Director Jens Matthies, showcases a few relevant elements of the upcoming game.
First of all, we get to see how the nazi enemies have been pushed to a new level with the game, including the ability to ride the Panzerhund. Gustafsson and Matthies also explain why they’re basically the perfect enemy.
Then we move on to dual wielding guns, which also kicks B.J. Blazkowicz’s fighting prowess up a notch or two. Yet, he doesn’t just limit himself to long-distance firepower, as we also see and hear about the hatchets that can be easily available in the game’s levels.
You can enjoy the video below, and if you want to see more, you can check out another recent trailer, one showcasing B.J. Blazkowicz can fight on a wheelchair, more gameplay footage , and a slightly older video, some really nice artwork, and read about the season pass and its content. Of course, you shouldn’t miss our hands-on preview from a couple of weeks ago.
Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus is scheduled to release on October 27th for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
